Facility Manager complex rezidential

Raspunzator direct de starea tehnica a complexului, intreprinde demersurile necesare pentru buna functionare a acestuia.

Cerinte:

  • Obligatoriu cunostinte instalatii sanitare&electrice, echipamente HVAC
  • Permis cat B si operare PC
  • Studiile tehnice reprezinta un avantaj

Responsabilitati:

  • Contacteaza furnizori si negociaza lucrarile cu acestia
  • Urmareste derularea contractelor cu furnizorii de servicii
  • Urmareste respectarea ROI-ului in locatie
  • Asigura remedierea situatiilor neprevazute si intervine pentru remedierea avariilor minore
  • Asigura buna functionare a mijloacelor fixe de uz comun
  • Estimeaza necesarul de materiale
  • Asigura obtinerea documentatiei si aprobarilor specifice
  • Respectarea confidentialitatii datelor
  • Raportarea la timp a problemelor sesizate
  • Pastrarea documentelor justificative
  • Coordoneaza personalul de curatenie din subordine si recruteza(la nevoie)
