Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.

Primary Functions and Tasks:  

• Design and own the agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solution end‑to‑end, including retrieval pipelines, tools, and orchestration layers.

• Build and maintain Azure Agent Foundry environments to enable scalable and reliable deployment of GenAI applications.

• Develop and optimize Python‑based backend services powering RAG workloads.

• Implement and refine vector-based retrieval, embeddings, chunking strategies, reranking, and hybrid search approaches.

• Apply guardrails, grounding techniques, and hallucination‑reduction methods to ensure safe and accurate GenAI behavior.

• Work in an innovative and augmented manner, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and overall solution quality.

We are looking for:   

• 5+ years of experience in backend or cloud engineering, with strong hands‑on exposure to GenAI systems.

• Deep practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search / Azure AI Search.

• Strong experience with vector stores and Python for backend development of RAG architectures.

• Solid understanding of embeddings, chunking methodologies, reranking mechanisms, and hybrid search patterns.

• Experience applying guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and grounding techniques for enterprise AI solutions.

• A proactive, innovative mindset and the ability to work in an augmented, AI‑enhanced delivery model.
