We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance ES for our site in Pitesti .

Responsibilities:

• Put supplier-related activities into practice with knowledge of Logistics processes; provide support in continued development of the supplier basis, and carry out all the supplier-related topics with regards to part and/or material availability;
• Participate in the implementation of governance specifications for the area of responsibility "Supply Chain Performance ES" as specified by the supervisor and ensure they are adhered to, and ensure adherence to rules and standards, participate in continued development of standards and best practice solutions;
• Participate in ensuring sustainable logistic supplier quality to stabilize the supply chains and avoid disruptions, a high stable level of customer satisfaction from a Logistics point of view, reduce non-conformity costs NCC and thus higher supply performance throughout the world;
• Participate in ensuring supply to the assigned plants within the agreed time and quantities by ensuring fully developed, stable "Supply Chain Performance";
• Participate in compiling Logistics concepts (e.g. flow of material and information, packaging, transports etc.);
• Participate in Logistics process optimizations over the whole product life cycle.

Requirements:

• Higher Education degree;
• 3 years of vocational training and 3 to 5 years of work experience and if necessary additional qualification (e.g. supervisor, specialist, etc.)necessary additional qualification (e.g. supervisor, specialist, etc.);
• Good MS-Office knowledge;
• Preferable SAP;
• Very good knowledge of German and English;
• Willingness to travel on business, analytic skills, problem-solving skills and teamwork.
