Accounts Receivable Accountant - TABS (Tires Accounting Business Service)

Job Description

You will be part of the TABS team and responsible for the following activities:

• Review/Request approval of Invoice Order and solve the existing inconsistencies;
• Check if the supporting documents are according to the legal requirements and internal procedures;
• Invoice Creation / Billing Process; 
• Support resolution of inquiries, payments;
• Contact business partners to solve discrepancies, if the case;
• Payment Processing activities;
• Prepare monthly/periodical closing/checks by making reconciliations of the data;
• Customer reconciliation - Review and reconcile customer statements/dunning letters;
• Reporting & Analytics - Perform and follow up KPI & Other Reporting;
• Be a contact person for internal specialized departments and external business partners;
• Know company policies and the impact of their own activities in achieving quality targets;
• Propose and implement improvements of the procedures and tools. Actively participate to digitalization and automation;
• Actively participate in internal or external audits;
• Responsible for delivering in own area of responsibility for Service Level Agreements.

• University degree (Finance, Economics or comparable)
• Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable area is a plus;
• English - Good knowledge of spoken and written;
• French is a plus;
• Knowledge of finance tools (SAP preferred) are a plus;
• Automation knowledge/openness;
• Office 365 (advanced Excel knowledge);
• Willingness to work in an international environment;
• Positive attitude, structured, analytical thinking skills;
• Communication skills and strong team spirit.
