Order Administrator

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Process customer orders in ERP systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness

• Review and validate order details, ensuring all commercial and customer requirements are correctly captured

• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finance, Trade Compliance) and communicate with customers to ensure smooth order execution

• Maintain and update customer data and ensure consistency of information across ERP, CRM, and other systems

• Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate shipments to meet customer expectations

• Identify and implement solutions when standard order fulfillment cannot meet customer requirements

• Manage order acknowledgments, documentation, and archiving in compliance with company policies

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, up-to-date order records, including handling changes

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in order processing, customer support, or commercial operations within a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) and good digital skills (MS Office, data entry tools)

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional or virtual teams

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment

• Exposure to customer care or order management processes in a technical or manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of additional European languages

• Interest in process improvement and data quality initiatives
