- intocmirea si gestionarea actelor cu caracter juridic;
- intocmirea proiectelor de contracte si participarea la negocierea acestora;
- acordarea de asisteta juridica pentru managementul si angajatii companiei;
- informarea asupra modificarilor legislative intervenite si a noutatilor legislative;
- avizarea actelor cu caracter juridic;
- formularea de opinii juridice;
- altele
Cerinte:
- Nivel educatie: Universitar - ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNT SUPERIOR
- Experienta: Experimentat - mai mult de 7 ani
- Competențe lingvistice: Engleză - B2 (Intermediar superior)
Salariu si beneficii:
- Salariu minim: 4. 000 lei (net)
- Salariu maxim: 6. 000 lei (net)
