As a Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Manage the day-to-day activities for the F&B social media channels
• Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them
• Manage active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by managing long-lead editorial calendars, monitoring online conversations
• Participate in online conversations to build brand visibility, customer satisfaction and marketing/ecommerce support
• Establish a positive online presence for the hotel(s) by integrating property-specific and brand messaging in a compelling and valuable way for participants
• Provide measurement of the impact of online presence to the hotel’s overall business
• Supports the development and execution of the annual food and beverage marketing plan, including market research and budget management
• Manages social media accounts, creates engaging content, runs campaigns, and handles online reviews
• Creates marketing materials, coordinates events, and fosters partnerships with local businesses and influencers
• Tracks performance and reports on KPIs and ROI, alongside coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive guest experience through tailored promotions and packages

Our most successful Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator is someone who has:

• 2-4 years in Food & Beverage, hospitality, lifestyle, or agency marketing
• Strong writer / storyteller with design sensibility; comfortable with Canva / Adobe / Epsilon and short-form video workflows
• Hands-on with web CMS, social schedulers, and CRM tools; bonus points for SevenRooms/ OpenTable/ More Cravings/ LCB experience
• Data-curious: you measure, learn and iterate
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative - equally at home, on the restaurant floor and in the content calendar
